Ph.D. Thesis: The problems of the development of the Western-European sculpture at the beginning of XX century and the creativity of Medardo Rosso.

The main directions of the Youth Education center activity: Professional Education Seminars for Russian museums staff, Computer Center, Development of Distant Learning Courses in Internet for Art students, guides-lecturers, Art School for students, Master-classes of contemporary artists, Seminars, symposiums, panels other programs around the exhibitions of Contemporary and XX century Art at the Hermitage museum.

The project for Fulbright Scholar Program:

The development of the exhibition “Born in Russia” for the Hermitage Museum in 2006. It devoted to 20th century artists who were born in Russia but made their reputations in the West and are hardly known in the country of their birth. The exhibition project would show the work of Chaim Soutine, Naum Gabo, Serge Poliakoff, Marc .Rothko, Louise Nevelson and Jules Olitsky. It will be accompanied by symposium, publications, videos and computer programs which will help introduce the artists’ work to the Russian public.

The exhibition will have great significance for cross-cultural understanding between Russia and the West.
