Galina Toulouzakova is an associate professor in the Department of Philosophy at Kazan Pedagogical University. She is a lecturer in world art history. She has two higher educations - as economist and art historian. She studied Art History at the Saint-Petersburg Institute named after I. Pepin. There in the Russian Art Department she defended her thesis on her lovely topic - the art of Nicolai Fechin, the artist which equally belongs to Russia and America. That's why her aim in USA simple and clear - to research the American period of Fechin’s art as fully as possible.
Her scientific interests are not limited by Fechin. She studies the processes of contemporary art. Besides art she is interested in life in all its varieties.
