Alexander Sergunin

ALEXANDER SERGUNIN (b. 1960) is Professor a the Head of Department of International Relations & Political Science, Nizhny Novgorod Linguistic University, Russia. He got Ph.D. (history) from Moscow State University (1985) and Habilitation (political science) from St. Petersburg University (1994). The fields of specialization: international relations history and theory, Russian foreign policy making.
