Applicants will be considered without regard to race, religion, sex, age, and/or physical impairment. For Visiting Scholars, preference is given to those without recent experience in the United States.

Application Package: A complete application package includes an online application form with:
Statement of purpose (three to five pages)
Bibliography (up to three pages)
Curriculum vitae (up to six pages)
Letters of recommendation (three; (could be filled online or if submitted in Russian, uploaded as scans together with translation into English in the Additional Documents sections of the online application)
Letter of invitation (recommended but not required)
Consent on Personal Data processingAll Russian candidates must submit Consent on Use of personal data – you can file the form for downloading at the bottom of this page. The form must be submitted to the Russian Fulbright office in paper, originally signed by the applicant. .

Important note – size of each email attachment and of each file that you will upload to Embark must not exceed 2 Mb.

Application deadline is October 16th, 2017

Eligible candidates will be invited to personal interview in English from October 16 till November 10 2017.

After the interview all applications will be evaluated by international selection committee.

Successful candidates will be notified of their selection in February 2018.

Opening meeting will take place in Spring 2018.
