Document Check List

Complete list of documents needed for Round 1 of the FLTA program:

1. Application Form
2. 3 recommendation letters (original). Recommendation letters should either be submitted in the Online Embark System or should be sent with the rest of the application documents.
3. Report on Proficiency in Russian
4. Copy of diploma of higher education
5. Copy of TOEFL results, if the exam was taken within the last two years
6. FLTA Fulbright Grant Application Coversheet (The photograph may be a scanned version and sent by email with the Coversheet or sent by regular post to our office)
7. Personal Information Form (signed)

*All applicants are recommended to keep an extra set of all documents incase an unforeseen problem arises.

**All candidates who successfully pass the first round of the competition will be required to bring Certified copies of their diploma and transcripts as well as certified translations into English to their interview.
