LETTERS OF INVITATION

• Letters of invitation should be typed on institutional letterhead and signed.
• Invitations do not ensure selection for an award.
• If an invitation arrives after the application deadline, contact the Fulbright organization in your home country to arrange for its late submission.

BIBLIOGRAPHY

For research or lecturing/research proposals, provide a list of one to three pages of references relevant to the proposed research. Bibliography should be submitted both in English and Russian. In case of an Online application please make sure to send the list in Russian electronically to the Moscow Fulbright Office.

COURSE SYLLABI

For lecturing proposals, provide up to 10 pages of sample syllabi for courses you propose to teach or have taught. The syllabus should be submitted both in English and Russian. In case of an Online application please make sure to send the syllabus in Russian electronically to the Moscow Fulbright Office.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST (If such tests have been taken)

Please upload English language proficiency test and/or TOEFL Scores Online if you’re submitting your application Online. The originals should be sent as paper copies to the Moscow Fulbright Office. In case of an electronic application, only hard copies are required; do not send us test results electronically.
