Document Check List

The complete set of competition documents includes:

1. Russian Fulbright Grant Application Cover Sheet
2. Application for Study in the United States
3. Report on Proficiency in English (Original only)
4. Three Letters of Reference (Originals +, if in Russian, translation into English)
6. Signature Form (Original only)
7. Information Concerning Foreign Student Academic Records
8. Certified copy of diploma of higher education (Bachelor, MA or Specialist) in Russian.
**The diploma copy can be by the applicant’s university. For post-graduate students – a document certifying their post-graduate status should be submitted (also only in Russia) besides the diploma copy.
