Timothy Dunne has performed as concerto soloist, chamber musician, in solo recitals and has premiered many new works for piano in over 12 euorpean countries as well as Brazil and the United States. He has participated in the renowned music festivals of Siena, Fontainebleau, Santa Barbara, Tanglewood and has recently finished a six year directorship of the Spencertown Academy in New York's Hudson Valley. In 2000, having begun an association with the Bosnian city of Mostar through his performances and masterclasses, Timothy, along with his sister Hilary Ferone, created The Mostar Fund, a humanitarian foundation targeting
the educational and artistic needs of this post-war era city. During a retrospective seminar sponsored by The Millay Colony in June of 2002 Timothy premiered his own "Four Sonnets of Edna St. Vincent Millay for Voice and Piano" in Austerlitz, New York home, of the famed American poet.
